Click here for directionsJoin the AASCU delegation for this opportunity to develop strategic partnerships with Chinese universities. The delegation includes access to and participation in the China Annual Conference and Expo for International Education (CACIE), hosted by AASCU’s longtime Chinese partner associations, the China Education Association for International Exchange (CEAIE) and the China Center for International Educational Exchanges (CCIEE). Participants can also take advantage of the conference expo, which attracts more than 65,000 Chinese students interested in studying abroad.
Cancellation Requests
Received before Wednesday, October 7, 2026, are eligible for a refund, minus a 25% administrative fee.
Received between Wednesday, October 7, and Wednesday, October 14, 2026, are eligible for a refund, minus a 50% administrative fee.
Received after October 14, 2026, and no-shows are not eligible for a refund.
Refunds
All refunds will be issued within 30 days of receipt of the refund request. When writing to cancel or submit a refund request, please email Felicia Durham at durhamf@aascu.org and include in the subject line “26CEAIE Cancellation” and indicate to whom and where the refund should be issued if paid via a check.
