Higher Ed State of the Sector: Navigating Four Fronts of Upheaval Event Image

Higher education faces a convergence of pressures demanding sharper choices and faster action from institutional leaders. Financial strain. Public scrutiny. Workforce shifts. Technological disruption. These are not temporary headwinds—they are structural forces reshaping the sector’s future.

This session will feature EAB’s latest State of the Sector research, examining the four fronts of upheaval redefining higher education: external accountability, financial sustainability, market relevance, and institutional agility.

Attendees will leave with a sharper view of the risks ahead, and of the strategic priorities that will separate institutions adapting with purpose from those who struggle to keep pace.
