<p>Madinah Hamidullah, Ph.D., is director, research advisory services at EAB, where she provides strategic counsel to senior higher education leaders on academic portfolio strategy, enrollment and market alignment, and long-term institutional resilience. In her role, Madinah blends EAB’s best practice research insights with deep practitioner experience to help partners navigate high-stakes decisions and achieve measurable progress against institutional priorities.</p><p>With nearly 20 years of experience in higher education, Madinah has served in both faculty and academic leadership roles, directing and revitalizing undergraduate and graduate programs across delivery models. She has led innovative pathways and program expansions and brings extensive expertise in assessment, accreditation, and quality assurance to her advisory work. Known for translating research into actionable strategies, Madinah helps institutions strengthen program quality, respond to competitive opportunities, and align offerings with student and market needs. She is committed to advancing student success and institutional impact in an evolving higher education landscape.</p><p>Madinah holds a Bachelor of Arts in Dance and Political Science and a Master of Public Administration from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, and a Ph.D. in Public Administration from the University of Georgia.</p>
