Leading Learning in Times of Change: Readiness Insights for Institutions and Organizations Event Image

Readiness has become the new currency of work and a mandate for regional social mobility. However, Instructure’s 2025 State of Learning and Readiness report reveals a startling disconnect: 70% of workers feel unprepared for today’s workforce, and 73% say they aren’t ready to adapt to disruption. Yet the data also shows a powerful trend toward optimism: 72% of individuals trust that earning certifications can unlock critical career advancement.

This webinar will explore what “readiness” truly means in a landscape defined by digital transformation and nonlinear career paths. Together, we’ll move beyond traditional academic benchmarks to examine how state colleges and universities can empower individuals to stay ready—not just at the commencement of their careers, but throughout their lives.

Join us to explore how your institution can transform these insights into a strategic advantage, fostering a learning ecosystem where adaptability, upskilling, and curiosity fuel regional growth and ensure your graduates remain ready for whatever disruption comes next.
